We loved the lovely BBQ hut area and well-maintained pool for our family with 2 small kids. The staff were brilliant!
Felt very secure, nothing to complain about.

The property was great with very courteous staff on night shift. The hotel was in an excellent location just off the trucks grinding up the escarpment all night, and scenic Picnic Point for what we wanted it for.

No much!
FRANKLY you dropped the ball. When we arrived they had lost our reservation because you had cancelled our reservation. We'd made a reservation and then moved it one day later with both your agreement and that of the motel. The motel had received cancellations to both the initial reservation which was correct AND the later reservation which you had sent them, despite sending me confirmations by email that you had it right. Purely by chance they had a family room which they let us have We are most unlikely to use Booked.net again

The motel was clean and friendly.
We would have liked to open windows to let fresh air in. Unfortunately the windows and doors did not have fly screens and you could not open the windows anyway, except in the bathroom

The twin room I stayed in was comfortable and quiet with handy amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator, the service was friendly, and the food was fantastic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to view the other rooms available as we are anticipating booking there throughout the year. Newly renovated rooms appealing for further stays with extended family.
Some what dissappointed in the Budget room facility, however we'll be sure to secure our booking in the more modern upraded rooms in the future. We will also organize our booking directly with the friendly motel staff in future and not via internet. Lesson learnt for us.!!!!

The things we liked about our stay in standard room 20 at the Coachman Motel were the friendly staff, the location, the well-functioning fridge and air-conditioning (which my husband really appreciated), and the inclusion of tissues, biscuits and hairdryer, which not all the other motels we stayed at provided. The bathroom was also spacious.

The rooms were clean and had a single bed. 🛏️.

The pool. Nice views.
Service people were rude. TV was far too small and poor quality. You expect at least a 23 inch when staying at such a place. Could barely understand what was being said on programmes even when the sound was up fairly loud. Crockery was dirty. Had to wash it before use.

This place is in a lovely spot with great views of the garden, and we enjoyed having a separate bedroom.
